This website provides general information about our property-management, tenant-placement, maintenance, and related services in the Niagara region of Ontario. The content is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, a binding quote, or a contract for services. Any engagement of our services is governed by a separate written agreement (for example, a property-management agreement or tenant-placement agreement) signed by you and us. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

Some pages discuss Ontario tenancy law, the Residential Tenancies Act, the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), eviction procedures, pricing, and investment considerations.
