We back our placement with a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a tenant we placed defaults on rent or vacates without cause within 90 days of move-in, we re-list and re-screen at no additional fee. The guarantee doesn’t cover voluntary terminations after 90 days, owner-initiated terminations, or damage claims — those follow normal LTB process.
