Is Free really free?
Yes. Your Homesake is free for up to 3 homes, and signing up needs no card.
How does the free trial work?
Zulma+ starts free: a week when you pay monthly, two weeks when you pay yearly. You are not charged until it ends, we email you before your first charge, and you can cancel before then at no cost. You can have one free trial.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, on your membership page. Cancel within 14 days of a payment that started your membership or renewed it for a year, without using a money benefit since, and that payment goes back to your card in full. Otherwise your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Is HST included?
Prices are shown before HST. You see the full price, with HST, before you join.
Can I pause?
You can pause a monthly membership for 1, 2 or 3 months, once in any 12 months. You are not charged while it is paused, and member benefits are off until it resumes.
What is Zulma Portfolio?
Zulma+ for every home you own, charged for each home. On the House: a home with a job paid through Zulma that month is not charged. It is coming soon, for owners of 4 or more homes.
