Heavy-duty cleanup designed for newly built, renovated, or remodeled spaces. Removes fine construction dust, debris, paint splatter, sticker residue, and grout haze. Available across the Niagara region: Hamilton, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Thorold, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Lincoln, and Welland.
All cleans use 100% eco-friendly, pet- and child-safe products — included at no extra charge.
WHAT’S INCLUDED (BASE FEE — CA$178)
• Travel within service area, supplies, and HEPA-equipped tools
• Two-pass fine-particle wipe-down on all surfaces
• Vacuum and mop including under and behind accessible items
• HVAC vent and register wipe
• Light fixture, switch plate, and outlet wipe
• Sticker, paint splatter, and grout-haze residue removal
• Floor polish (where applicable)
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Site must be free of active construction work during the cleaning window.
• Heavy debris removal may require additional time or a debris haul-away add-on — we’ll confirm before arrival.
• Power and water access required on site.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability.

We currently serve Hamilton, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Thorold, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Lincoln, and Welland. Bookings outside this area may incur a travel fee or be declined.
